    Can i claim compensation for a road accident as a result of an oil spill?
    I had an accident as a result of skidding on a diesel spill. Mine was the only car involved but heavily damaged. The police say it was sufficiently covered but cars were skidding and one other car had crashed. Can i claim compensation? Who is to blame if anyone?

    If I get made bankrupt and recieve compensation for an accident will I loose it?
    Hi, I am about to declare myself bankrupt but was recently injured after an accident that was not my fault. I am due to receive about £4,000 for my injurys. Will I loose this in bankruptcy?
